компания "антал бизнес решения (тм antal kazakhstan)" responsibilities: manage local pr activities: localize central press releases & create local releases to pitch into media • manage media pre-disclosures (host media interviews under embargo), proactive media pitching based on hot topics, e.g. sustainability, diversity & culture, or for spokesperson / executive interviews / profiling • organize dedicated …. media events, attend and support local trade shows with media dedicated programmes/stand tours/interviews • influencer marketing & blogger outreach management to attain mentions on influential social media accounts and blogs • shape and drive media product review programs • local social channels & community management, customer service (responding to queries on social channels), paid social planning & execution, content calendar management, ugc management (user generated content) • manage local corporate advertising activities • manage local young people program initiatives and support local csr opportunities, e.g. clean up days, donation of products, company charity/voluntary days • implement brand strategy and ensure brand positioning and messaging is aligned across all local business unit communications, marketing and sales activities. • oversee any local sponsorship/partnership activity ensuring it’s aligned to emea sponsorship and partnership strategy and recorded through the central sponsorship/partnership process, support activation of pan-emea sponsorship programmes locally where appropriate. • manage local agencies – selection, contracting & onboarding of agencies against requirements, ensure data integrity is upheld, support the risk assessment process • support cee crisis team in case of local crisis communication requirements: has a passion for photography and printing • minimum 5 years’ experience in pr, social media, influencer and content strategy. experience in social media marketing for lead generation and branding. • demonstrated success of pr/social campaigns and programs that have helped drive rapid adoption of new products in emerging categories • proven ability to own both the narrative and the results • exceptional writing/editing skills and the ability to adopt the style, tone and voice of ….. an outstanding writer and speaker with a passion for storytelling and finding compelling story ideas from virtually anywhere. • knowledge of social media/networking platforms and monitoring tools • an impressive, measurable track record of using pr and social media to proactively generate news coverage and discussions that speak to your target audience. • adept at building consensus and gaining cross-functional alignment with peers and senior leaders • excellent communication skills – both verbal and written to clearly convey strategies, tactics, rationale and results to peers, agencies and executive stakeholders • team player with the ability to handle pressure. • proven ability to thrive in a self-driven, fast-paced environment with multiple stakeholders, changing priorities and minimal direction. • experience in marketing communications / pr role supporting growth.
