Sales Engineer

компания "антал бизнес решения (тм antal kazakhstan)" what will you do? as a sales engineer your role contributes to the business by being responsible for the technical aspects of the sales cycle, transmitting knowledge and information about axis portfolio to our partners. as the holder of the position, you are also responsible for education of the selected large end-customers and partners on axis products through axis communications academy, presenting company portfolio and it’s benefits to important decision makers to develop relationship as a trusted advisor for these selected accounts. you will influence decision makers both at the beginning of the sales cycle – in order to get axis specified and increasing the chance of winning projects - and throughout the sales cycle. you will be a part of an international team covering the region and reporting to the regional manager for the engineering and training function. your focus within this role will be kazakhstan and central asia markets. it is an office-based role in almaty, kazakhstan, where travelling within the region and to our swedish headquarters in lund is expected. this will include on-site tests, proofs of concepts, workshops, classroom trainings and customer meetings. apart from above mentioned tasks it will be your job to: make customer visits to conduct product demonstrations and pilot installations as well as support hands on trials with customers and partners develop our business by supporting technical aspects of the sales cycle in close conjunction with sales and business development team support our key customers with technical advice and support in new projects assist sales organization in tender and rfp/rfq process and answering project related questions from sales colleagues cooperate with the central/global pre-sales organization and develop written pre-sales material of technical nature, both in the form of articles and powerpoint presentations set up axis demonstration areas at events/trade shows and demonstrate axis products to customers be responsible for competence, knowledge and expertise transfer to the partners and the axis team by provision of the selected trainings from axis academy portfolio who are we looking for? we are looking for a focused and sales-driven team player with a technical background within networking & ip. you have experience in pre-sales, project-based work within the cctv market, alternatively within the it channel. you have the technical confidence to setup and demonstrate complex solutions within network surveillance and solutions. you are able to demonstrate knowledge of network infrastructure (tcp/ip). you have worked in a fast paced, deadline driven environment and are able to handle changes in a positive way. you can hold inspiring presentations and demonstrations. fluent in english and russian languages that allows to communicate orally and in written with your colleagues (interview in english is a part of recruiting process). apart from this we believe you have the following qualifications and experience: attained industrial certification from cisco, microsoft with technical experience is an advantage knowledge of vms is preferred excellent organizational and follow-through skills excellent communication and presentation skills in order to develop internal and external relationships at least three years of experience from a similar position in an international company is preferable currently we are ready to welcome a sales engineer to join our eastern europe team in almaty kazakhstan. in eastern europe we have 5 offices (prague, warsaw, bucharest, turkey, almaty) and over 50 employees.
