Role purpose Data Analyst to search for product and business growth points via make decisions more objectively based on facts and data to get more incremental sales Accountabilities Communicates with business representatives and identifies problem areas of the NKAM team Collects the information and creates hypotheses to improve certain indicators Prepares data for analysis: sorts, filters and makes a selection, finds patterns Processing arrays of data from different sources: agro information (CWO), marketing information, business metrics (from CRM), financial information Visualizes data: translates statistics and Big Data into understandable conclusions and visual graphs Communication with external and internal stakeholders to define, to drive and to promote new solutions Offers solutions that are used to develop a project or business Participation in internal and external conferences, developing of the social contacts Knowledge, experience, education & capabilities Critical knowledge Higher education (mathematics, mathematical statistics) Excellent analytical skills, ability to see new ways of solving problems Knowledge of methods of mathematical statistics, algorithms for data analysis and mathematical modelling Knowledge of modern big data processing technologies Knowledge of the basics of relational databases and the SQL language Knowledge of English at the level of reading technical documentation Critical experience Experience with large data sets Experience in analyzing large amounts of data with the identification of dependencies and patterns Experience with data visualization tools (including for building graphs) Perfect team player Understanding of the agriculture business and risks Desirable knowledge and experience Knowledge of scripting programming languages Python lib / Docker / Ruby / Perl / MongoDB Machine learning experience Experience in using Hadoop, Google big table Project management skills Нave critical thinking Нave product thinking Нave a business mindset We offer A competitive salary/compensation and bonus opportunities Voluntary medical insurance Meal allowance Regular professional trainings Extended paid vacation (35 calendar days per year), employee assistance program Opportunities for career development within the company
