компания "научсофт" sciencesoft is a 700-employee it company headquartered in the us (dallas area), having offices in belarus, poland, latvia, lithuania, uae, finland, ukraine. we have been in the it business for 33 years and continue growing. we are looking for a technical support (1-2 level) to provide technical support to our customers via phone, web, email, chat and other support channels as required. you will be a part of support team working in us schedule\flexible schedule (24/7). responsibilities: answer calls; respond daily to customer inquiries in a timely manner; provide customers with timely resolution of technical issues; establish remote sessions to assist customers with the troubleshooting; maintaining of clients systems; answering questions from customers about the features and capabilities of the system; preparing description documentation for new features; creating of knowledge database requirements: fluent english – intermediate+ (b2) level and higher is required; good communication skills, experience in business correspondence; proactive position, strong sense of empathy with customers using our products is required. optional: 0.5+ year of experience in technical/application support or qa/tester experience is a plus; experience with database management systems (mysql, ms sql), jira, svn, ms application server iis, basic level of sql, xml is a plus; we offer: opportunity for professional self-realization; remote work or work in the office in belarus– what you prefer; friendly team; competitive salary; 20-days of paid vacation; 20-days of 100%-paid sick leave; sports program; foreign language courses (english) and other corporate programs; medical insurance; bonuses in case of wedding or a child’s birth.
