компания "научсофт" sciencesoft is looking for project manager. we are a 700-employee it company headquartered in the us (dallas area), having offices in belarus, poland, latvia, lithuania, uae, finland, ukraine. we have been in the it business for 33 years and continue growing. responsibilities: collaboration with customers to gather, assess and interpret client needs and requirements; analyze structural requirements for new software and applications; determining the scope and concept definition; planning, determining, and documenting project objectives; define a work breakdown structure and create project plans; estimating cost modeling and project budgeting; determine dependencies; schedule activities and assess project risks; working with clients to achieve the project objectives with relevant status reporting; sharing your expertise throughout the rfx process; involvement in rfx and pre-sales activities. requirements: 4 to 5 years’ experience as a developer and 2+ years of it demonstrable experience of successfully managing it projects; team leading / management experience and being familiar with soft methodologies (agile/scrum/kanban) and hard methodologies; successful track record of delivering quality results in complex cross-functional projects; problem-solving and analytical skills; strong presentation skills and strong communication skills (english). nice to have: experience in healthcare industry would be an advantage; knowledge of hipaa compliance, and information exchange using the fhir architecture and hl7 formats; knowledge of service architecture/microservices; scalability technics expertise; profiling and performance analysis; mobile-first approach knowing. we offer: opportunity for professional self-realization; remote work or work in the office – what you prefer; friendly team; competitive salary; 20-days of paid vacation; 20-days 100%-paid sick leave; sports program; foreign language courses (english) and other corporate programs; medical insurance; bonuses in case of wedding or a child’s birth.
