Project Logistics Engineer

компания "orion group kz" responsibilities: bsc in engineering or other relevant technical discipline. applicants should have a minimum combined experience – 3 years logistics experience in oil & gas industry, previous project logistics engineering role is considered an advantage requirements: demonstrate visible hse behaviours in line with “i am goal zero” with internal and external stakeholders. also, he/she should have a credible track record of contractor hse performance management or similar transferable experience. supports the development and execution of the logistics activity & deliverable plan which is required for each phase of project lifecycle, in line with pmp and applicable project standards and guidelines support the delivery of logistics infrastructure and resources assessments, providing assurance that all logistics options are fully identified, considered, and assessed to minimise project logistics exposure to alarp. supports the logistics concept development, ensuring all logistics conceptual decisions are covered, explained and linked to project value generation supports the delivery of logistics execution strategy what clearly outlines the logistics elements (both primary and secondary) for project execution support (including set-up of operating bases, logistics resources required, packaging, logistics organisation and its integration the project team, infrastructure development and/or upgrade, etc) are covered, explained and linked to project value generation. supports the delivery of the logistics execution plan & transition logistics plan, ensuring both documents have logistics transition elements (responsibilities, accountabilities and ownership of the logistics infrastructure, resources, and budget from project to operations) are clearly identified, recognised, and linked to project value supports relevant agreements of ownership/transfer of logistics assets and infrastructure are documented supports the delivery of logistics operations philosophy, ensuring all logistics operations requirements are covered, explained, and linked to project value. supports the delivery of logistics requirements for major project contractor (e.g., feed, epc, epcm and/or lms) itts proactively identify need of improvements for project logistics guidelines, standards and processes in order to better align with business and operational objectives, targets and plans and escalate this to pod logistics discipline. supports the evaluation of logistics proposals for major project contractor (e.g. feed, epc, epcm and/or lms). supports contract holder for major logistics services contract performance support contract holder delivering transparent evaluation (also from cost/schedule point of views) of logistics contracted/subcontracted services, defines and implement corrective actions if needed
