компания "brunel russia" our client is an international investment fund. in order to set up a new project we are looking for a hr & admin director who will be based in qarshi (uzbekistan). the hr & admin director has a remit for all hr activities in respect of hr strategy and practice, resourcing, recruitment & planning, talent management & succession planning, remuneration & benefits, performance management and hr management information systems. duties: • ensure that all hr activities are carried out fairly and consistently in accordance with company procedures and in compliance with applicable regulations.• develop hr policy, systems and processes to provide best practice hr solutions which are fit-for- purpose and fully aligned to the needs of business.• work closely with managing director (ceo) and report hr activity updates to senior management.• develop hr strategy and provide regular hr reports concerning progress on strategy implementation, core hr data (headcount, resignations, promotions), workforce planning, and compensation reports.• responsible for managing the training and career development and ensure the effective management and implementation of established policies and procedures directed towards organizational development.• design, implement and regularly review hr standards ensuring that they are fully embedded into the organisation and supportive of business needs.• ensure suitable succession and resourcing plans are in place to identify and develop organisational talent, addressing any gaps appropriately, and providing assurance to the business of a future talent pipeline in support of continued growth.• lead the 0design, development and implementation of creative, attractive and cost effective remuneration and benefit solutions delivering a reward strategy which is fully supportive of existing business drivers and aligned to future growth.• implement and drive a performance culture and ensuring the performance management system by aligning individual and organisational performance.• lead functional succession, development and resource planning to identify hr talent across the organisation, addressing any gaps as appropriate, to ensure a future pipeline of hr talent is available to support the future of the business.• promote diversity and inclusion, including aspects of multinational executive and employee workforce, ensuring full integration with all hr strategies and initiatives.• oversee and manage administrative support function to provide qualitative support services to business lines in accordance with business needs and requirements. requirement: • minimum of 10 years of experience in human resources with experience in following areas: competencies, recruiting and selection, succession management, performance management, development planning, compensation and benefits and employees relations• minimum of 5 years of experience in management positions• ability to influence professionals of all levels• excellent leadership skills and high level of cultural awareness with the ability to engage a dynamic team and manage a challenging workload ensuring service delivery to business in accordance with needs and requirements• direct experience in change management projects and initiatives, strategic transformation projects• experience in preparing and implementing employee assessment programs within competencies framework in industrial companie• direct experience with designing and establishing new internal systems and processes, policies and procedures in line with requirements expected in an international company
