компания "brunel russia" structural division: permitting and land management section/ government relations department requirements: higher legal education more than 7 years of relevant legal experience at least 5 years of managerial experience minimum 5 years of experience in mining or other heavy industry good knowledge of the rf land, forest, urban planning, and subsoil legislation, chukotka autonomous region legislation, and applicable judicial and administrative practices in terms of applying these legislation branches computer skills: proficient computer skills: microsoft office package (word, excel, power point), legal programs – consultant plus, garant. english – upper-intermediate responsibilities: organize the work on structuring the land and property relations within the framework of the projects implemented by the company. ensure developing the roadmaps to implement measures on formalizing the land and property relations within the framework of the companychr(39)s projects and monitor the results and timing of their implementation. organize the cadastral work with regard to land (forest) plots and capital construction facilities and rights to them. organize the work on land rezoning and change of permitted use, on amendments to the documents of land use planning and urban planning zoning, ensure the development and obtaining of area planning documents (area planning projects, area demarcation surveys), urban planning plans for land plots, etc. monitor on a regular basis the legislation and legislative drafts in the area of land and property relations, urban planning, industrial safety, hydraulic engineering structures, subsoil use, natural resources and environmental protection, licensing and permitting activities, legal regulation of economic activities in the companychr(39)s areas of activity, prepare reference and analytical materials, analyze risks of non-compliance with (untimely implementation of) the roadmaps on registration of land and property relations, taking into account changes in legislation. organize the work on assignment of addresses to completed construction facilities under the projects implemented by the company. interact with the state and municipal government bodies, other bodies and organizations with regard to acquisition of rights to land plots, holding tenders and (or) other bidding procedures, ensure the development and submission of established reporting. interact with the state and local authorities, other bodies and organizations regarding registration of rights to forest plots, development and approval of the design and other documentation required for their use and compliance with the current legislation. ensure development and timely submission of established reporting. interact with governmental and local authorities, other bodies, and organizations regarding the acquisition of rights to subsoil areas, performing the necessary approvals, obtaining permits, licenses, preparing and submitting the required reports. organize conclusion of contracts in the area of activity of the real estate and construction group in accordance with the requirements of the companychr(39)s internal procedures, and monitor, within his/her competence, performance of obligations under such contracts jointly with the responsible subdivisions of the company. verify the compliance of draft documents with the legislation, get consultations and prepare conclusions on the land and property relations, urban planning, industrial safety, hydraulic engineering structures, subsoil use, natural resources and environmental protection, licensing and permitting activities, legal regulation of economic activities in the companychr(39)s areas of activity, as well as on other issues. obtain permits and other documents granting the right to carry out surveys and other work on forest and other lands, authorization for earthworks, etc. organize the work of subordinate employees of the real estate and construction group, ensure that the employees of the group perform their job duties, monitor the results of their work. ensure the safety of employees of the real estate and construction group during performance of their job duties and create the working conditions at each workplace in accordance with the labor safety requirements. properly fulfill the performance improvement plan approved by the immediate manager; if you have employees under direct supervision, approve the performance improvement plan for them. conditions: work schedule: monday-friday: from 9 am till 6 pm competitive salary and benefits; medical insurance; corporate lunches; location: "moscow city"
