компания "manpower" responsibilities: hunting through cold/ warm calling or emailing to generate leads according to campaign schedule and worklists provided research about our prospect customers generate, qualify, nurture and handover leads and opportunities by developing and driving effective calling and selling strategies that are based on valid,customer specific value propositions collaborate with your sales and marketing colleagues in order to gather knowledge to enable you to do the job of demand generation effectively regularly review of lead pipeline and progression; provide feedback to marketing team on campaigns success document all campaign and lead management related activities using the adequate systems correctly requirements: very good verbal and written communications skills in english and russian are a must ideally 1-2 years business experience (preferably b2b) proven sales drive and pro-active personality strong customer focus and interpersonal skills to serve as a trusted advisor preferably good it / business software understanding capacity to listen actively in order to identify prioritized customer needs ability to work independently with a strong drive for results strong facility with (international) teamwork and an ability to learn and adapt quickly terms: a great opportunity to develop a sales career and where to learn modern sales techniques in a fast-growing, international environment.
