(you will receive the wrp training) evaluate the number of wrps required per discipline / trade & advise of any shortfalls & provide a plan to achieve compliance complete field assessment to approve wrp’s to yellow and the green card status. provide regular check-ins with new wrp’s during their first rotation and provide continuous coaching and support. conduct field assessments during second / third rotation to enable suitable assessment to allow them to move to a green certificate. provide working around mobile equipment (wame) training and coaching to all wrp’s provide assessments during each rotation after they have received a green card to ensure they are fulfilling the requirements this will be by coaching on first rotation after receiving green certificate then field assessment on second after receiving green certificate and this is a continuous cycle throughout the 3 year period of holding a green certificate, this will ensure the basic requirements of being a wrp are being followed and implemented, and ultimately making the workplace safer for everyone. keep a log of all wrp’s and dates of assessment and all assessments to build up a portfolio of evidence for each wrp. support the training department and ensure all details are included in the training . competency matrix. develop action plans for any wrp who falls below the standard to either help them back to the correct requirements or revoke the yellow / green card until such time they have improved. liaise and align to iif culture to share a common goal of an incident free site. assist in developing and revision of kkts standards and procedures as necessary. support coordinate daily simops / ptw activities, ensure all pre-start checks are completed i.e., jsa / swc. develop and implement hse improvement initiatives and programmes relevant to wrp’s. lead by example. your knowledge/skills, education, and experience: qualification/ certification: 3 years of site hse or training experience, 3 years oil and gas experience & ideally but not essential 3 years of commissioning experience hse qualification such as nebosh international general certificate or equivalent or training / coaching / mentoring certificate skills requirement: kazakh language – fluent. russian language – fluent. english language – intermediate level. report writing. good communication and soft skills required (tengiz 28/28) good knowledge of microsoft office: outlook, word, excel, powerpoint.
