компания "air energi caspian llp trading as airswift" responsibilities: the main purpose of this position is to lead the development, implementation, and execution of the m&r contracting, cost estimation and regulatory affairs strategy. coordinate and lead administration contracts, including contract change management. lead preparation and administration of all third party contracts. ensure all ra compliance needs are satisfied. ensure all maintenance contracting processes and local content are satisfied. act as a point person for contract, cost estimation and ra development. engage and coordinate with smes for contracting support. engage operations and project contract advisors and contract specialists/administrators. requirements: higher education in business or supply chain management i at least 6 years of experience in contracts development, administration and closeout related role in the oil & gas industry cost estimation and regulatory affairs are secondary. technical/major capital project experience desirable. previous experience with supply chain management software applications. proficient with most microsoft office based applications and shared document management systems. location: tengiz 28/28
