компания "барри каллебаут нл раша" about the role the chocolate academychr(39)s chef is the engine of the brand, what chef should lead as an ambassador. this position supports the brand on the russian & cis markets through hands-on trainings, demos and customer support activities at customerchr(39)s sites or in the chocolate academy russia. trains distributors sales force to work with our brands through all applications. participates in exhibitions, forums and other public events basing on requests and arrangements of marketing manager to demonstrate products or services and promote the chocolate academy russia and brands. demonstrate and explain products, methods, or services in order to persuade customers to purchase products. key responsibilities include maintain a positive relation with our customers; help customers develop recipes with barry callebaut products, pushing new products; visit bapa, horeca, confectioneries, trade shows and other venues to demonstrate products or services, and to answer questions from customers & potential customers, and create demand for new products through networking; demonstrate and explain products, methods, or services in order to persuade customers to purchase products; research the industry and identify key development trends across products, service, people, equipment and concepts for inclusion in strategic and tactical improvement planning; develop the technical plan in collaboration with the marketing team & sales team; participating in various meetings, technical adviser meeting, regional and international ambassador meetings; the proper management of personal expenses and costs associated with trainings and demonstrations; fulfilled any other duties as assigned by the head of the chocolate academy. about you 5 years of experience in the food business industry including 2 years of experience as chef.● focus on pastry and confectionary (practical and theoretical knowledge about different types of desserts, cakes,petit gateaux, tarts, choux, chocolate tablets, chocolate bonbons).● excellent communication skills, verbal and written (english – russian)● ready to travel in cis &; russia● culinary college diploma terms: competitive salary level; benefits according corporate policy.
