Issue of inspection reports and inspection release notes based on the results of inspections in the manufacture and packaging of equipment in the SAP document management system. Issuance non-conformity reports discovered during the manufacture of equipment, their approval and control over the elimination of non-conformities by the supplier or approval of the admitted deviations with the customer. Requesting inspection notifications from suppliers and recording them in the inspection planning log 6 weeks in advance. Prepare presentation pages related to inspection issues for joint kick-off meetings with equipment suppliers and the customer. Participation in kick-off meetings with presentation of the inspection section. Submission of templates for the following documents to suppliers: non-conformity report, inspection and control plan, request for technical deviation, matrices for certificates and passports, contents of the manufacturing data book, questionnaire with questions discussed at pre-inspection meetings. Sending questionnaires to suppliers according to the list of inspections. Holding a pre-inspection meeting as a moderator and issue minutes of the pre-inspection meeting following its results. Verification of certificates for materials and equipment test reports. Verification of the following documents issued by suppliers: inspection and control plan, factory acceptance test procedure, manufacturing data book content list, manufacturing data book, welding specialist certificates, NDT operatorchr(39)s certificates. REQUIREMENTS: Experience in the international companies (oil & gas) Experience in industrial projects is a plus Ability to work in a multi-cultural environment University degree in engineering for oil & gas or chemical equipment (preferably mechanical engineer or design engineer). English is mandatory.
