компания "мон’дэлис русь" join our mission to lead the future of snacking. make it with pride. you will support growth by partnering with the assigned brand/ category/ area of business and turning consumer and shopper insights into strategies and actions. how you will contribute you will: contribute to developing growth strategies with ee chocolate category team. be a partner to brand marketing in shaping the annual contract for chocolate category generate behavior-changing insights and identify growth opportunities via brand maintenance (product, packaging, assortment, pricing), communication development, white spaces identification etc. leverage globally implemented u&a and market structure tools to look for regional and local consumer, shopper, market and snacking insights liaise with shopper insights and other parts of the insights team to learn and leverage broad shopping and consumer knowledge communicate clear and compelling recommendations to the teams for growth actions, bringing together internal and external knowledge about consumer and category. synthesize learning from different sources to provide clarity regarding current and future growth drivers create and execute learning plans for assigned projects maximize value and efficiency of research projects with suppliers build, manage and maintain effective supplier relationship; manage research supplier communications manage and use results of required category/brand tracking activity in line with guidelines and contracts (retail audit, household panel, brand health tracking, product quality benchmarking etc.) infuse consumer-centric mindset: consumers at the center, agility and speed, test & learn what you will bring: a desire to drive your future and accelerate your career with experience and knowledge in: driving insights to action for consumer products with passion and curiosity working successfully across cultures and in remote teams partnering and communicating with stakeholders at all levels in the organization leading cross-functional teams, including influencing without direct authority knowledge, skills, experience and language requirements: bachelorchr(39)s degree (social science, economics, marketing, pr) minimum 6 years of experience in an international company in a similar position in category insights, market insights extensive experience in market research insight research projects, having been independently responsible for large scale research projects ability to synthesize data from different sources into a well-structured story with clear implications, and to transform research learnings into business recommendations strong knowledge and ability to conduct analysis of continuous data sources (nielsen retail panel, household panels) solid research foundation (familiar with various market research/consumer insight research methodologies, strong qualitative interview and quantitative data analysis skills), good at combining large and small data (research data + business data) and turning extracted key information into grounded business recommendations familiarity with major ad-hoc quantitative and qualitative research techniques (product testing, packaging research, communication development, brand positioning etc.) experience in presentation and recommendation insight research results to the company top management team curiosity to discover, test and learn new research methodologies and approaches advanced english and russian language
