компания "bolashak atyrau" job knowledge: -great communication and customer service skills, a flexible and approachable attitude with an ability to balance simultaneous tasks and meet deadlines communication skills: - effectively communicates (both orally and in writing) in english, kazakh and russian in a clear, concise, understandable manner. planning & organization: - manages and completes multiple tasks. - pays attention to detail producing accurate work. - exhibits flexibility adapting to changing work priorities; - anticipates customers’ requirements, proactively makes plans for action & responds to requests quickly and efficiently. technical skills: - proficiency in ms word, excel, powerpoint and outlook; - good typing skills in english, kazakh/russian; - willingness and ability to learn new work processes and systems. key job responsibilities: ability to plan and coordinate for specialized business functions for all visiting chevron employees, cmi nationals, expats, and their families; to maintain of all steps in contracting (pre-award, award and post-award) and coordinate supervisions of contractors related to specialized business functions; tracks changes in applicable legislation; responsible for all activities related to ground transportation needs of the astana based staff (expat and national), incl. but not limited to company cars, pool cars and drivers. recruitment, timesheets, service orders, vehicle maintenance and tracking. scheduling, route management and communication; coordinates all activities related to travel needs of based staff; to maintain other administration activities as per the business need
