Responsibilities: Tech support of ASC or related departments Field test of AV/TV product KPI management related with repair quality, speed & customer satisfaction Proceed rework and actual repair Support of SAP (RMA approval) Technical decision development (tips, service bulletins) Holding of technical training Requirements: 2+ years relevant work experience in service centers (or similar areas) English - Intermediate and above Process owner (driving process with partners porting to with HQ) MS Office advanced user Strong communication skills
