компания "яндекс" the yango b2b team is looking for hands-on launch operations managers to adapt client operations to our tech stack needs, implement on-site processes, and train warehouse staff/couriers/ops managers and office ops teams. the role involves travel to client sites around the world. responsibilities: improve client processes analyze existing ops processes (store, warehouse, headquarters, last mile, support) for clients transform operational processes so they meet our requirements, developing precise transformation plans for clients to execute with our help analyze and improve our incentive program for ops functions (key metrics, target values, levers to achieve) quickly analyze legal requirements for ops in individual countries set up pilot stores track daily metrics for pilot stores and assess baseline/target values for key metrics understand partner pain points and decide on solutions create a store layout and work with the product team to add all the it systems help run the first acceptances and deliveries train the warehouse team and couriers build a partner deployment team so clients can roll our tech stack out independently for new stores educate and assess the partner deployment team create a roll-out plan in line with partner needs interact with the yandex product team for all product-related issues manage a project budget run large-scale ops transformations where separate projects are agreed with clients (scope determined on a case-by-case basis) help client managers run demo sessions about the yango tech stack for potential clients qualifications: fluency in english experience providing hands-on staff management good communication skills with relevant stakeholders at headquarters decision-making and problem-solving skills under strict deadlines willingness to go on long business trips – up to nine months away from home presentation skills it skills (excel, powerpoint) ability to quickly learn new tools benefits: strong team to grow with complex tasks for services with millions of users opportunity to impact processes and results competitive pay bonuses every six months following a successful review extensive medical insurance program with 80% compensation for spouse and children
