компания "спортмастер" sportmaster is hiring! due to private label sales increase and new projects we are looking for senior business analyst to business-processes and technologies section.we do everything related to the optimization of product development processes (from socks to exercise bikes): description of business processes, search and implementation of automation technologies (project management), change management and much more. working in our team is not boring because each task and project is very different from each other and in any of them you can find how to realize your strengths. we are sure that you can be a good match for our young team of professionals. together we will be able to create a high-quality product for sports and outdoor activities based on leading technological solutions. responsibilities: to take part in projects of it systems implementation and process optimization as a business analyst and change agent to investigate and document business systems ("as is" processes, organizational structure, it systems) to facilitate communication and decision-making on process and system issues to provide presentations to stakeholders and subject matter experts on proposed solutions to coordinate and support change management process to support users on process and it system issues to coordinate work with it product teams. requirments: higher technical / economic / business informatics / management education required work experience: more than four years as a business analyst / consultant; participation in business/ it projects as an analyst possess strong analytical thinking skills in relation to process engineering, it systems and/or project management to know business process concepts (bpm), business analysis techniques to know uml and have an experience of er-diagrams creation english: upper - intermediate we offer: russian labor law complience wide range of benefits: discounts on companychr(39)s product and discount programs with our partners, medical insurance, mobile services discounts etc. flexible working hours: 8-17, 9-18, 10-19.
