компания "finstar financial group" relocation to serbia responsibilities: provide an expertise, guidance, and oversight in the areas of finance, legal and administrative management to ensure that those functions are operating and/or being carried out efficiently and cost-effectively. create and periodically updates a financial management plan and budget with short-term and long-term strategic and tactical goals. responsible for the financial and administrative operations of company including banking, accounting functions, payroll, budget preparation. monitor organizational performance against both the annual budget and the company’s long-term strategy. oversee and manage contracted services provided to/from company. manage organizational cash flow and forecasting. prepares monthly p&l, balance sheet, cash flow. oversee risk management and legal activities, guarantee compliance with all relevant regulations by ensuring that all program-related functions are conducted in compliance with regulations of the irs. cooperate with finance department hq. keep corporate structure of company in good shape. establish and maintain legal framework to provide it services to other company of holding and to the third parties. responsible for tax and compliance matters. performs other duties as assigned. requirements: high economic/finance education, mba is a plus. relevant experience at a role of finance manager (banking industry/fintech is a plus), work experience at big4 companies. ability to draw up bs, p&l, cf. software knowledge: excel advanced (pivot tables, sumifs, vlookup etc), major accounting systems (siigo etc.). fluent english. ability of teamwork, goal achievements, hands on, proactive. a high degree of business acumen. ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines according to the hq framework. demonstrate ability to combine strategic thinking with effective tactical execution. a self-motivated leader with a real passion to grow the business and succeed. strong communication skills.
