компания "finstar financial group" relocation to cyprus wechr(39)re looking for a solution architect with the financial services and fintech domain experience to join our team. software architect has a pivotal role to play in the technology team, and we are seeking a talented and motivated individual who has an appetite for defining technical direction and strategy in their area of specialty and will guide our engineering teams to build innovative, all-encompassing solutions on our range of customer-facing platforms. responsibilities: technical/architectural leadership of the core banking system chr(40)architecture, task decomposition, task assessment, tech. backlog prioritization, participation in technical grooming, consulting on the technical part of the projectchr(41). refactor existing product architecture. selection of tools/technologies for solving new problems (especially high-load ones). selection and control of the application of architectural approaches for the implementation of new functions in the project / product. formation of a list of architectural risks and proposals for their reduction participation in the discussion of the technical implementation of new features with internal and external teams optimization of code, performance and quality control of execution participation in the assembly of releases and hotfixes development of design, integration solutions, regulations for intersystem interaction. participation in hiring people (candidate profile, technical interview). do r&d on new technologies and stacks; capacity management. requirements: deep knowledge in software development practices and software architecture design processes (dry/kiss/solid/ddd in any combination). expert level in c++/.net. experience with aws services. experience with sql databases. a solid knowledge in the areas of network, databases and security. practical skills with concurrent and distributed programming. excellent understanding of software development life cycle, best practices and methodologies. good spoken and written english. nice to have: experience working with the fintech domain competency in breaking monolith applications into microservices during the migration into cloud (aws is preferable) strong organizational and leadership skills ability to lead, mentor & motivate developers to ensure high-quality code deliverables & practices. technology stack: microsoft .net core framework с++ microservice architecture message broker - rabbit mq aws systems kubernetes rdbms postgresql, ms sql gitlab ci/cd postman or analog jenkins appium or analog.
