компания "finstar financial group" responsibilities: assumes full responsibility for the entirety of the company’s performance in the four countries currently active in the region, especially pertaining to the growth, profitability and quality of operations within those markets; in conjunction with the management board, sets the overall vision and goals for the region; oversees all business lines and all initiatives relating to the successful delivery of services and the achievement of business results; executes and manages group strategy and its tactical business plan, accounting for the market opportunity/growth potential, competitor activity, existing capabilities and risk appetite; assists hq business units by acting as the leader for roadmap activities, turning strategic plans into programs, identifying project frameworks, defining resource needs and navigating demand/resourcing processes; evaluates and decides on the action plans and budgets of the subsidiaries under his responsibility, submits them for approval and monitors their execution; demonstrates superior judgment to mitigate risk, and fosters an environment where risk/control issues are escalated and trends are anticipated and identified; coordinates the company’s activities with other group companies and third parties; assures that all internal processes and procedures are adhered to; ensures compliance with all relevant regulations; performs other jobs assigned to him by the group. requirements: university degree in economics or business administration; mba degree would be a plus. at least 5 - 8 years of successful management relevant experience preferably in retail banking, lending, consumer finance or digital finance. strong in understanding of consumer lending. fluent english is a must. a self-motivated leader with a real passion to grow the business and succeed. commercially focused, results driven, with a strong track record of leading and developing a business. excellent understanding of financial reports and statements. proven ability to recruit, train, develop, manage, lead and measure productivity of teams.
