компания "finstar financial group" responsibilities: budgeting process: developing and enhancement of budgeting model for lending products (current model is in excel with vba code). addition of new products into the budgeting model for the purposes of financial planning (requires understanding of product nature, financial variables and model outputs); participating in quarterly budgeting process together with plan/fact analysis; support of finance managers in local markets with the model and verification of models completed by the local markets’ finance managers; preparation of business cases for entering new markets: preparation of financial models, sensitivity analyses for entering new markets; support in preparation of the presentation for the company management; requirements: work experience as a business analyst in business consulting at least 4 years is a must. excellent skills in financial modeling. knowledge of vba is obligatory. python is a plus. english language - not lower than b1 or intermediate. preferably from b2 / upper-intermediate. understanding of business 360 degrees, expertise in financial industry projects is highly desirable (priority: lending to the public) and / or e-commerce. developed analytical skills. ability to work both alone and effectively in a team. ability to analyze a large amount of information, development prospects and risks. ability to perform productively and efficiently in situations of pressure and resource constraints. responsibility and flexible thinking. ability to delve into the essence of the task, taking into account the requirements for quality, final result and deadlines.
