компания "air energi caspian llp trading as airswift" обязанности: considering upcoming procurement of critical items and coating activities is required a responsible qualified person to manage quality control of procurement activities, inspection coordination and interfacing between procurement/quality/ncoc/vendors/coating subcontractor. responsabilities: track the progress and quality of work being performed on project prepare project organization scheduling inspectors for projects internal coordination for inspections assist in qa/qc of documentation, data entry, inspection reports and etc. keep the project management team informed about project and production status and issues that may impact client relations compiling the final deliverables maintain the primary inspection data management system chr(40)idmschr(41) entry of data specific to systems, circuits, equipment, piping, relief devices data validation on existing data through software interface and import/export functions receive and review inspection package to ensure complete details are provided identify date/place of inspection and field resource capable/available to handle the assignment prepare inspection instructions (and documentation needed) for each assignment, dispatch assignment to the inspector and schedule assignment assist field personnel with any problems/questions that may arise prior to and during the inspection assignment(s) supporting the qaqc manager, follow up with field inspectors on the status of all outstanding inspection assignments inspection audits must be prepared and feedback provided to the inspectors on those assignments where the inspection reports lack quality and details record applicable savings amount (when necessary) and prepare “inspection case study” for the relevant assignment lead/participate in rca and ncr resolution reliability monitoring product test planning, definition and implementation participate in mechanical engineering design reviews prepare/maintain technical documentation setup of qehs teams to projects (planning and coordinating) требования: bachelorchr(39)s degree in a science-related field (desired) minimum 5 years experience in oil and gas production or processing industries including a proactive attitude for personal safety and the safety of co-workers, and environmentally responsible operations. (essential) minimum 3 years experience with mechanical integrity programs and in-service inspection of operating facilities. (essential) knowledge of recognized and generally accepted good engineering practice regulations and codes, industry standards for material inspection (mi), risk based inspection principles, and in-service mi methods and techniques. knowledge of root cause failure analysis techniques, inspection techniques (x-ray, ndt, etc.), corrosion, cathodic protection, coating, etc. certifications or thorough knowledge of related industry codes & standards such as api 570 (piping inspection). previous experience managing contract ndt inspectors or qa/qc inspectors excellent analytical and computer skills, specifically in ms office suite strong teamwork and interpersonal skills good communications skills in english both written and verbal (essential) at least 2 years of experience supporting project managers in the delivery of development projects organized individual with ability to multi-task available for inspections abroad. qualifications list any licenses or certifications required by the position: api, nace, ii, asnt, as1796, csqip/aws, wps. nde, cwi, ndt, asnt, hfc, cfc. familiar with pressure equipment directive (ped) and/ or atex, asme and coating activities.
