компания "яндекс" yandex is one of the largest it companies in europe. over the last 25 years, it has evolved from a search engine into an it ecosystem with a presence in a variety of markets: advertising, mobility, e-commerce, media, classifieds, fintech, and more. we are looking for a corporate development and m&a senior analyst to join the moscow office. responsibilities: gather and analyze industry and market data, including tam calculations, industrial benchmarks, trends, and industry deep dives interact with businesses inside yandex regarding strategy and investment opportunities conduct operational and financial analysis, including cohort analysis, ltv/cac calculations, and management account reviews help draft and agree documentation, perform due diligence, and plan integration prepare valuation models and present materials for internal discussions with the board of directors and investment committee qualifications: degree from a top-tier university (hse, msu, nes) with an outstanding educational track record 2+ years of relevant experience in ib/pe/vc/management consulting/big 4 (corporate finance) or corporate finance/m&a corporate divisions strong interest in the it industry and emerging technologies analytical, detail-oriented mindset ability to balance multiple tasks and commit to responsibilities excellent verbal and written communication skills self-motivated teamwork approach competency working with spreadsheets and presentations spoken and written english fluency
