компания "ancor" abbvie - international biopharmaceutical company is looking for brand manager on dermatology product (vacancy for maternity leave) main responsibilities: participate in the development of brand strategies and plans with specific time-lines, budgets and stakeholder responsibilities; manage the product to achieve maximum sales and margin; understand market dynamics thoroughly to identify current and future areas of opportunity; make markets, not only respond to markets; expand the product market through innovative commercial programs, opinion leader development, physician and patient education; translate strategy into implementation tactics, communicate clearly and allocate responsibilities to cross-functional team members and in-field team; develop and maintain relationships with key customers and identify new opportunities and ways to better meet customers needs; develop kol management; develop & propose marketing inputs to the brand plan with a patient-centric focus; lead efforts to strengthen brand team insights through digital listening and new channel research; synthesize cross-stakeholder insights to form a marketing perspective on brand issues, competitive positioning and market dynamics; maintain an up-to-date understanding of customer perspectives through regular engagement with stakeholders (e.g. in-field visits); optimize channel mix for marketing and cross-functional campaigns; advise others on the optimal use of channels; lead the tactical design and implementation of marketing initiatives; provide input to (or manage) forecasting and kpi monitoring; support budget planning and tracking for marketing team activities. skills: translates strong patient empathy into patient-centric strategies and tactics; has strong customer understanding for all customer and stakeholder types and effectively tailors messages to target audience; effectively manages projects and team members to ensure successful delivery of marketing-led initiatives; demonstrates tactical planning skills to achieve strategic objectives; takes ownership of work and effectively delegates tasks, working with other functions and teams as appropriate; effectively communicates and influences all external/internal stakeholders; develops and nurtures innovation/ lateral thinking, able to develop appropriate solutions to complex problems; presents confidently and fluently; supports (or manages) forecasting and kpi tracking activities, leveraging strong analytical skills. knowledge: understands the market, the full range of customer and stakeholder needs as well as issues related to the therapy area; the healthcare environment and evolving landscape; channel mix techniques; financial processes & business acumen; competition, customer base, reimbursement and market access processes/issues; pharmaceutical industry business, policies and procedures; english language (minimum upper-intermediate level); principles of and opportunities for conducting market research; product launching. candidate profile: university degree or above (pharmaceutical, medical education is a plus); 3 years experience in brand/marketing management; proven records in driving the development of marketing strategy and translating strategic plan into tactical plan; proven success in allocating p&l and balancing between opportunities, resources and investments to maximize the growth; excellent presentation and communication skills.
