FOR SAREN (MURMANSK) working place - Belokamenka, Murmansk region relocation to Murmansk ARCTIC LNG 2 PROJECT REQUIREMENTS: Must be able to read, understand and explain to his team the Commissioning Procedures, Electrical Drawings and other job-related documentation. Good verbal and written communication skills are required. Must have reasonable English language reading/speaking skills. Required to have the ability to respond promptly to any emergency. Must have experience in the specific commissioning activities such us: LV Switchboards, Transformers, lighting panels and circuits, Concrete and process Heat tracing system, UPS, LV & MV Motors, etc.. Required to have experience in Oil & Gas Industry, preferable in units similar to ALNG2 Project. Able to lead a group of technicians to execute the commissioning activities on site. TASKS: Provide the daily toolbox talk (TBT) for his crew at the beginning of each shift. Responsible for safety, safe working practices and environment issues in all areas under his control. Ensure all safety incidents and other events within the shift are reported through the incident management system and recorded. Ensure all necessary permits for upcoming activities in his area are prepared in time and are high quality. Ensure the compliance of his team with PTW (Permit to Work), JSA (Job Safety Analysis), LOTO (Lock Out - Tag Out), override registers, MOC (Management of Change) register. Ensure that discipline related Commissioning spares are well utilized and maintained. Ensure the daily activity plan and daily tasks are executed by his team, as per the Schedule and approved Commissioning Procedures. Prepare all field procedures and documents required to carry out the following tasks: Commissioning of UPSchr(39)s (Assist vendor), Monitoring of electrical parameters on UPSchr(39)s and batteries, Commissioning of Temporary and Permanent LV Switchboards (Assist vendor), Commissioning of Diesel Generators, Feeders check, Motor Solo Run Test, Commissioning of Lighting panels & circuits, Commissioning of concrete heat tracing circuits and Process heat tracing circuits Assist process team for OTPs execution Provide assistance for instrument and process team (power supply) Reinstatement of permanent electrical system CONDITIONS: Relocation to Murmansk, Project Arctic LNG-2, Competitive salary, Career opportunities based on work performance, Chance to be a part of an international, unique project.
