компания "mindray medical russia, ltd" join growing leading chinese medical devices manufacturer! wechr(39)re looking for a new employee to join our ultrasound service team in moscow. your responsibilities will include:1 service operation following service strategy. support sales department in service issues cooperation with sales and marketing departments daily work in crm system 2 service delivery define service level agreement (sla) of regular service delivery base on customer segmentations and customer expectations. develop and following pro-active service delivery model, including service weeks, service scanning, etc. 3 service channel management technical support distributor engineers service training for distributor engineers what are we looking for in you? knowledge and education requirements electronic biomedical or relevant education over 5 years of working experiences in service in medical equipment industry with solid understanding about medical equipment industry, preferably in ultrasound no less than 2 years experience in field for installation and repairing work skillsets and competencies well-organized and good at problem solving, excellent communication skills adaptable to cross- culture environment good command of spoken and written english familiar with computer and office software project management skill
