This manager will be responsible for Not Contacted/Not Covered pharmacy chains. Primary purpose of the position Creation and running up the strategy for NCNC (Not Contacted/Not Covered) channel, development and strengthening relationship with TOP NCNC retailers in Russia, leading and development distribution and sales for TEVA products. General duties and responsibilities Trade Development (Organize all the preparation processes and activities related to entering the new channel, establish first contact, provide rationale and engage stakeholders for prospective business relationship, manage day-to day retailer relationships, Collaborate with customer stakeholders to ensure listings, product availability and activation of OTC products range, managing trade terms and customer investment agreements) Promotion (development of promotion plans for portfolio for each customer, closely collaborate with stakeholders to ensure activation of the products, manage customer investment negotiations for national activations as needed, drive Joint Business Planning initiatives for omni-channel clients, execution control and ROI evaluation), TM & Activity Planning (Support Customer Range Planning/Selection (with input from brand activation, Plan and execute customer marketing activities and promotions in collaboration with the Brand Activation team, Collaborate with the Digital Marketing team to increase the impact and ROI of activation across the entire Customer Eco System) Data Analysis and Reporting (In collaboration with the analytics teams, monitor KPIs in order to deliver on objectives and accelerate business growth, Monitor the analytics tools if relevant for the customer portfolio and take corrective action steps when the implementation KPIs fail to adhere with target (e.g. product listing, off take, out-of-stocks etc) Financial (Sales and spending forecasting, manage and track the allocated budget & maintain the respective audit trails, Deliver on revenue and profit targets) Qualifications 3+ years sales or KA management experience in international company Experience in management of strategic accounts. University degree in Economics, Business Administration or related field (Bachelor/ Master/ Diploma) Excellent Excel Skills English - fluent, upper-intermediate Selling & negotiation skills in international environment, preferably acquired in an international / global company with high seasonality Self-starter with entrepreneurial mindset Understanding of online / digital metrics Analytical capabilities including the ability to analyze and report on data Problem solving and project management skills Highly competitive mindset & Business results oriented Ability to build relationships within a matrix business environment and handle diverse audiences A confident and articulate communicator capable of inspiring strong collaboration within an organization Proactive, positive and innovative mind Fast learner – ability to work in a high energy, fast paced environment
