We are looking for a Technical Engineer Onsite/ IT support (L2) to work in a helpdesk team supporting our client. Your Tasks Incident management services; Break & Fix; Hardware support: PCs (including truck mounted PCs), laptops, PABX, printers (including packaging printers), cabling, televisions, projectors (‘beamer’), phones, iPads (or alterative tablets), SIM cards, peripherals (e.g. keyboards or mice) and site security equipment (access readers, time badging, cameras etc.); Software and collaboration tools (Skype, Webex, etc.) support or full rebuild of the PC (image, applications & Customer data); Provision of disposal services (including decommissioning, packaging, transporting and physical disposal or recycling as required); Hands & eyes server support. Our Requirements Relevant experience with hardware and standard (Windows and iOS) operating systems and business software (typically 2-4 years); Working technical knowledge; Good customer handling and communication skills; Ability to work on problems/projects of moderately medium-complex scope; B1+ level of English.
