компания "lvmн p&c kazakhstan (лвмш пи энд си казахстан)" "lvmh-perfumes & cosmetics kazakhstan" is a division of the french multinational luxury goods concern lvmh (louis vuitton moet hennessy). our brands are such historic houses such as parfums christian dior, parfums givenchy and guerlain, kenzo, loewe. the company operates on the market of luxury cosmetics since 1998 and currently we are proud to occupy the leading positions on the market. our mission is «all are driven by the same values: a quest for excellence, creativity, innovation and perfect mastery of their image». responsibilities: development and implementation of trade - marketing strategy on the local market based on common strategic goals and objectives provided by the brand. development of effective brand trade - marketing activities for retailers to achieve the planned level of sales in the local market. in trade marketing: organization, monitoring implementation, conducting and reporting trade marketing activities including: chains windows and promo-zones decorations promo-zones and podiums in shopping malls spraying in and out of pos, spray-girls search trade incentive program / retailer’s sales-girls motivation programs and their results pos events preparation ads announcement for pos, gwp equipment development and control, merchandising and posms ordering control, production 2. ensuring the effectiveness and profitability of brand trade - marketing activities. 3. analysis of brand trade marketing activities effectiveness based on the analysis of indicators roi. 4. ensure effective communication with the trade basing on brand’s requirements, presentation of the brand trade marketing plan to the retailers, participation in implementation negotiations and conduct of trade marketing activities and programs in retailers pos. 5. implement merchandising products strategies. 6. preparation and regular review of trade-marketing budget with the fin department, control and management of actual expenses on activities aimed at stimulating sales and promotion of products to meet budgeted cost per month and per year. 7. brand advertising and product information placement coordination in pos, participation in advertising models creation for placement in stores. 8. reports, interaction and cooperation: timely information about all the major changes and events, activities and results of the brand trade marketing activities and its competitors in the local market. 9. perform the other activities directly related to the functions performed by labor. in sales: sales analysis: by products, lines, pos, clients, regions etc. sales modeling stock analysis, clients stock recommendations development and control in team network: coordinate and manage the work of brand bcs, make-up artists, cosmetologists. actively include team members to all brand tasks, to which they could be helpful, or which could be delegated. in sales & forecasting (in a case of bm assistant absence or upon bm request): sales forecasting goods and posm ordering and forecasts placement solving logistic and forecasting issues
