компания "ритм проект" project manager reporting to the client representative, the project manager has overall responsibility for management of the project and will be supported by a multi-skilled team. he/she will be on site and will lead a team of department managers whose roles and responsibilities are described below. the project manager is the primary point of contact for the client and other parties. he/she will lead his team in all meetings, discussions etc. with the client’s team. the project manager will be well versed in the overall management of his team and will be responsible for the construction organization, site logistics, security, arranging and allocating manpower and equipment resources, capacities and limitations of construction equipment, job site safety, and implementation of quality control, job site planning and progress control of works, and the development of construction method statements for individual work items. the project manager is authorized representative of project manager on site and will sign all correspondence on behalf of project manager. the project manager will make plans for the execution of works at site and have alternatives and contingency plans worked out in order to achieve the project schedule and milestone requirements. the project manager will liaise with the engineers. the project manager will also coordinate with authorities having jurisdiction such as local government, semi-government and nongovernment agencies as required. the project manager should have minimum of 15 years of experience in management of building projects in construction industry, completion of minimum two 4/5 star hotel projects, preferably one in uzbekistan. he/she must be experienced on local design norms. he/she can build a project, system, component or process. he/she can follow all field documentation, procurement, quality and hse issues for compliance and quality assurance. he/she can discuss design issues, changes and material samples directly with the employer. the project manager should have english language proficiency with professional oral and written communication skills. employment conditions (salary and relocation package) are discussed individually
