компания "dataart" особенности проекта dataart learning & development department invites a learning & development manager to join our team. the l&d manager will oversee the overall coordination of internal corporate mentoring programs.wechr(39)re looking for an open-minded and solution-oriented specialist with solid management skills, passionate about communicating with people, and able to respond to multiple parties promptly. if you are a good communicator and organizer willing to grow your skillset in managing stakeholders and relationships with the international l&d team, consider joining dataart. обязанности full-cycle management of internal corporate mentoring programs: announcing regular program runs; recruiting program participants; working together with stakeholders to verify applications and match mentors with mentees; onboarding participants and launching program runs; establishing regular communication with mentors and mentees, including troubleshooting; tracking progress and organizing the payment of bonuses to mentors; evaluating and analyzing mentoring programs’ results promotion of mentoring programs inside the company: developing communication strategies; working with l&d and other departments on advertising mentoring programs and promoting the culture of mentoring among colleagues; collecting success stories from program participants for future communication activities; serving as a liaison between individual colleagues, departments, and stakeholders on mentoring activities; contributing to drafting reports and preparing presentations for the company leadership management of the mentors’ pool: cultivating relationships with mentors; organizing regular networking and educational activities for mentors; managing communication channels (e.g., mentors’ chats), and providing ongoing support to mentors требования 3+ years experience working as a manager/coordinator or other relevant position, preferably in the corporate learning field ability to multitask and process large amounts of data outstanding verbal and excellent written communication skills ability to establish trusting relationships with colleagues and clients open-minded and solution-oriented attitude с1+ level of english условия the salaries are pegged to the us dollar + social package flexible working hours remote or hybrid work
