компания "трт" an online english school for children with a mission to create the best in the world online education platform, is looking for a talented senior data analyst. with over 80,000 students and 2,000 teachers, it is already one of the most popular language learning platforms for 4 -12 year olds in europe and asia. in 2021 they are named a number one esl service in europe and most recently listed in the forbes 500 startup employers in the us. as a senior data analyst you will have to: participate in the development, implementation and support of data-driven processes in product teams; develop and maintain dashboards and metrics systems; collect requirements and formalize them into tasks for improvements to the data storage system; perform ad hoc data analysis on request from product teams. requirements: excellent data analysis skills (2+ years of experience); deep understanding of product and business metrics; knowledge of python/r and the corresponding frameworks for working with data (preferably python, a backend on it); deep knowledge of sql (joins, window functions); experience working with relational and column databases (using postgres and google bigquery); skills in designing and implementing data collection and processing systems; experience with bi tools (tableau, powerbi, metabase, redash) (now metabase + grafana); good knowledge of mathematical statistics; higher technical education is a plus; upper-intermediate english. benefits: flexible working hours (core time-zone gmt+2 - +4); fully remote position; bonuses and stock options; paid holidays; friendly young team.
