компания "ип салтыханова" внимание! вакансия для англоговорящих hello. we have a few e-commerce projects and we are looking for a customer-oriented service representative to manage our online stores. a customer service representative, or csr, will act as a liaison, provide product/services information, answer questions, and resolve any emerging problems that our customer accounts might face with accuracy and efficiency. responsibilities customer service responsibilities list: answer the incoming messages (there are no phone calls); contact support teams by the request provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives; follow up to ensure resolution keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies requirements and skills english – upper intermediate (b2) customer support experience or experience as a client service representative (not necessary, but certainly will be a plus) familiarity with crm systems and practices customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively work hours & benefits mon-fri: 9:00am-6:00pm sat: 9:00am-1:00pm salary: 50 000 kgs (plus bonuses, depending on the results, shown during work month)
