Currently we have 12 offices in largest cities of Russia and Belarus employing together over 4,000 people. * RAEX (Expert Rating Agency), Largest Audit Organizations, 2009–2020 What we do As one of the most recognizable agribusiness team in Russian consulting, Agribusiness Center of Excellence (ACE) focuses on agriculture, food and retail-related projects with wide specification, including: market research, strategy & marketing, operational and financial benchmarking, performance improvement, deal advisory, forensic. Today we do a lot of research and strategy activity for the major Russian and CIS companies and government agencies. We also run operational due-diligence and operational efficiency projects. At the moment we are looking for Consultant. You may be involved in: Preparation of presentations, reports, as well as marketing materials related to agribusiness; Leading your own research or stream of a project; Supervision of junior colleagues; Participation in client meetings and presentations; Preparation of proposals, contracts and other project-related documentation. To fill the role a candidate is expected to meet the following requirements: Advanced computer skills (MS PowerPoint, MS Excel, MS Word); Good organizational and teamwork skills; Strong analytical and research skills; Attention to details; Ability to work under tight deadlines and multitask; Stress resistance and ability to work overtime if necessary; Excellent presentation skills; 1-3 years of work experience in consulting, scientific research or industrial environment, preferably international or large Russian companies; Experience in scientific research, agribusiness or international trade projects might be a plus.
