Business Solution Architect

Responsibilities In This Role Include: Generate high-level solution concepts in consultation with Analysts and Development teams. Help identify, assess, document potential data sources and flows, and analyze existing business structures to determine relevance to business needs. Write Functional Requirements Documents, participate in document reviews with business users and Development teams. Document user acceptance test plans. Design reports and databases for business users. Work cooperatively with developers during the development life cycle to ensure that business requirements guide the development life cycle. Desired Skills And Experience: Excellent analytical skills. Excellent communication and presentation skills. Knowledge of data warehouse architectures and processes. Expertise developing and applying relational and dimensional data models. Understanding of ETL architectures and experience deploying ETL solutions in a data warehousing environment Expertise developing in data visualization. 3-6 years of experience as a business analyst, with expert command of business analysis techniques, methodologies, and tools. Possess excellent facilitation, collaboration, verbal and written communication skills both on English and on Russian. Mastery of these critical skills: requirements elicitation, analytical skills, prioritization skills, documentation skills and communication skills. Ability to balance short-term executional needs with long-term strategic plans.
