Junior Online Reputation Management Specialist (OMR Specialist)

We are looking for an experienced Junior Online Reputation Management Specialist who will strengthen our Communications Team. What you will do: monitor brand mentions in social media and media (with a monitoring system); analyze brand mentions by tone; make reports on mentions in social media; work with comments in social media: timely response to users based on templates; pass negative comments to the support team and tracking the processing of each comment; search for information in Russian and English-language sources. Requirements: desire to develop in the field of communications & SMM; basic knowledge of Google Docs / Tables / Slides; having at least upper-intermediate level of English; literacy, organization, attentiveness; experience in writing and editing texts; experience in communication with users in social media.
