Procurement Supervisor

Job Responsibilities： Responsible for The overall planning of project procurement (including organization, planning arrangements, bidding strategies, bid evaluation methods, etc.) Prepares and reviews bids and orders to verify accuracy, terminology, and specifications. Prepares and distributes bid invitations to vendors. Audits invoices and checks for accuracy, receipt of material, and compliance with purchase orders. Processes competitive procurements and receipts of purchase. Tracks the status of requisitions and purchase orders. Maintains and reviews various purchasing and procurement reports and records and maintains files. Assists with negotiating settlement complaints and resolving disputes. Assists in monitoring legal and regulatory requirements pertaining to purchasing and procurement. Performs related work as assigned. Development of Organizational structure and list of personnel for execution of Procurement scope during EPC phase. Evaluation of Clientchr(39)s requirements for Procurement process to properly evaluate the cost of services Job Requirements： Master Degree in Economic. At least 5 years working experience in supply chain field. Experience in managing the structural unit purchasing complex technological equipment ( compressors, gas turbine engines, gas turbine power plants, heat exchangers, fractionation columns, cryogenic equipment ) within the framework of the LNG Project. Proactive, detail-minded and able to perform independently. Team player with good communication, interpersonal and presentation skills. Fluent in written & spoken English.
