Responsibilities: Establish a cooperation with advertising agencies; Plan, launch, analytics and optimization of advertising campaigns according to KPI (CPI, CPA, ARPU, etc.) with advertising agencies, accurately place advertisements and track; Analyze all process data of advertisement placement, optimize advertisement placement policies and effects, and maximize traffic revenue; Conduct advertising market research, explore customer requirements, promote platform capability and continuous improvement and innovation of the advertising system; Provide training, pilot deployment; Identify traffic quality and congestion points, research and work with affiliate partners on efficient methods of optimizing their revenueto support high-quality monetization; Be able to deal with large budgets. Requirements: Higher education; Fluency in English (written and spoken); 3 year and above experience in ads agency or ad platform; Practical experience with mobile app data management platform and attribution platform; Strong knowledge of Excel; Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
