Key Responsibilities: Maintains compliance with local employment laws and regulations, and recommended best practices; reviews policies and practices to maintain compliance. Partners with the General Director, CFO, Retail Director as well as with HR in HQ to understand and execute the talent development strategy, particularly as it relates to current and future organizational needs, talent attraction & employer branding, assessment, retention, and succession planning. Masters the labor cost reporting and monitoring, with a specific focus on cost efficiency; Manages the talent acquisition process, which includes recruitment, interviewing, and hiring of qualified job applicants, particularly for managerial, exempt, and professional roles; collaborates with departmental managers to understand skills and competencies required for job openings. Manages and analyzes main retail KPIs and propose corrective action plans when needed; Analyzes trends in reward and benefits; researches and proposes competitive base and incentive pay programs to ensure the organization attracts and retains top talent. Leads and manages retail sales incentive plans, in compliance with HQ guidelines. In strict alignment with HQ HR guidelines, creates learning and development training programs and initiatives that provide internal development opportunities for employees. Oversees employee disciplinary meetings, terminations, and investigations. He/she is required to administer and execute day to day tasks related to operating human resources (e.g. admin, time mgmt, payroll, etc). Maintains knowledge and International sharing of trends, best practices, regulatory changes, and new technologies in human resources, talent management, and employment law. Requirements: Min. 5 years relevant work experience in a generalist HR / HR Management function, preferably within structured Companies; Fluent in English is necessary; Bachelors or Master degree with excellent grades in HR/People Management, Business, Psychology or another related field of study; Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail – understanding the big picture of where he/she is seated Strong analytical and problem-solving skills – reading perfectly between the lines Innovation skills – bring new solutions to old problems Ability to act with integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality – being a role model Thorough knowledge of employment-related laws and regulations – mastering the functional key skills Working conditions: Salary Health insurance
