The main purpose of OT&Digitalization Manager is to formulate, promote and realize Digitalization and Operational Technology agenda, which also includes right governance of projects. In this role you will: Manage and implement the Digitalization projects. The project consists of some parts: data collection system from sensors to factory dashboards, factory management system, integration with advanced analytics tools; Manage industrial programmers team to provide factories business continuity and improvements; Manage OT systems support team; Be responsible for the whole Industrial Digitalization agenda; Manage projects implementation in terms of timing, budget and stakeholders expectations; Plan and track activities realization: Align domains between them and manage priorities. We are looking for you if you have: A technical degree; More than 5 years of experience in industrial automation and digitalization; Special competencies: deep expertise in project management, experience in software/data systems implementation for industrial plants; Experience in food industry will be a strong plus; People management skills; Fluent English language.
