About the projects: GET Excellence product line - you can work in the following business areas: Operational Efficiency&Cost Reduction, M&A, Carve-Out, and Post-Merger Integration. We use and successfully combine Agile and Waterfall approaches. What tasks do I take on? Comprehensive expertise - you will act as a consultant in leading roles in the field of Operational Efficiency, Cost Reduction, M&A, Carve-out, and Post-merger Integration programs and accompany their implementation throughout all phases of the consulting project. The innovative project works - together with your team, you will develop tailor-made customer solutions in the field of analytics, planning, reporting. Сonsulting focus - you will accompany us in all facets of new challenges in the field of analytics. A diverse range of tasks - you actively look after our existing customers, help to develop new customers, support with pre-sales activities, and act as a mentor for juniors. Independent project management - while implementing our projects, you work independently in a highly motivated team and lead it to success. What we expect? bachelor/Master’s degree in economics, finance, business informatics or project management; you can draw on the relevant work experience of 2 to 6 years in the areas of planning, controlling/ budgeting, and/or consolidation; you have the ability to quickly grasp complex business and technical relationships, find target-oriented solutions and process them efficiently; you can also convince in presentations and workshops and have good English skills; the flexibility and mobility required in the consulting environment as well as enjoyment of teamwork, very good analytical thinking skills, and a confident demeanor with strong communication skills round off your profile; flunet English is a must (German language as a bonus).
