Civil/Structural Lead Engineer (General Application for all around the Russian Federation)

We are looking for a “Civil/ Structural Lead Engineer". General Qualifications Master Degree in Civil/Structural Engineering, At least 5 years of relevant experience in Oil&Gas, Petrochemical industry, Solid experience in structural calculations, including calculation of steel connection details, concrete reinforcement, Experience in foundation design - shallow foundations, piles, slabs on ground, including foundation for dynamic equipment, Experience in interaction with material/equipment suppliers and engineering sub-contractors, Knowledge of AVEVA E3D, Smart Plant 3D, AutoCAD, LIRA-SAPR, SAP2000 (or similar structural calculation software), Be familiar with European/Russian Standards and principles of Civil/Structural design, Good command in English, preferably Turkish, Team player with strong organizational skills, Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills, Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills. Job Description Review and check civil/structural documentation developed by engineering team against Russian/American/European Standards, Project specific technical requirements during FEED and Detail Design stages, To prepare design orders packages for design subcontractors, Be capable to perform stress analysis and hand calculations for optimization of civil/structural design solutions, Participate in technical specifications development, Attend 3D Model/Constructability/Serviceability reviews with client, Provide regular project progress reports to designated manager, Preparation of technical documentation for procurement of material related to civil and structural disciplines, Participate in technical bid evaluation of provided quotes, vendor documentation review, To facilitate and coordinate TQs process between field engineering and engineering team.
