Key responsibilities: Leads Enterprise Content Management platform: Electronic Data Management System (Alfresco) and all its supporting services (e-Sign, eDocs providers integrations, Abbyy RS); Technology DevOps - Continuous process of Design, Build, Deploy, Run, Change, Integration. Technology processes, procedure through tools and automation to drive continuous innovation and maintenance; Design, Development and Maintenance: Implement industry best practices for DevOps on technology and continuous improvements; Leads, motivates and develops ECM team: developers (Alfresco), IT analysts, L2/L3 support teams, infrastructure engineer and administrator; Delivers e2e development cycle in response to Business Demands; Builds and manages ECM development roadmap: both in terms of technical environment and functionality. Proactively seeks for innovations on market; Business Engagement: reactive and proactive collaboration with internal business clients to deliver technology solutions and innovations – all business functions; User experience - Ensure the platform provides the expected / required experience to users; Project Management: The capability to plan, track and chase work either through traditional or agile methodologies to ensure successful delivery; Service Management: End to end management of the services delivered by the Platform; including incident, problem, release & change management; Solution Design: Accountable for managing the functional requirements and user stories. Developing the design to meet these requirements; Collaboration with IT Business Partnering teams to deliver Current demand analysis, User Stories validation, capability synergies, Project costs (AD&AM), project/release plans, etc. Strategy, decommissioning/lifecycle demand, capabilities and support needs. License control management. UAT endorsement, User education plan; Collaboration with External Partners to Provide Skill requirements to specific demands, Updates to compliance standards (e.g. coding standards, design approvals & Standard Tooling). Decommissioning demand, Tech Debt priorities, backlog priorities. Performance Management, Contract and Commercial agreements; Business and technology (Keep Environment Current) demand; Budget forecasting, spend management, costs optimization; Supplier Management: Performance, contract and commercial management; Participates in IT audits, delivers system developments in respond to improvement requirements; Collaboration with local/remote development and support teams; Responsible for appropriate corrective actions in terms of escalations; Communication with Business Functions: Functional directors Business stakeholders Process owners Process champions Communicate with IT teams who are providing IT services and ensure relevant service improvement plans are being delivered. IT functions to communicate with: IT Business partnering IT user services IT infrastructure IT finance and procurement IT learning What we need is ... Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines; Strong technical attitude, analysis skills and problem solving skills; Strong people management, stakeholder management skills, financial stewardship; Bachelor’s degree preferably with emphasis on Computer Science or related field; or equivalent, relevant work experience; English: Intermediate or higher; Determination, autonomy and personal motivation are terms that define you Must be proactive and able to work independently; Must be a fast learner; Ability to multi-task in an ever-changing work environment; Knowledge of business processes would be an advantage: O2C, P2P, CSO, Logistics, Taxes, Procurement, Finance, Customer Development, Legal, HR, MDM; Knowledge of software development processes (MS stack, SAP, Python, etc.) would be an advantage; Ideal Personality: Fluent English; Excellent communication skills; Strong planning and organizational skills to manage multiple projects concurrently; A mature person who can be trusted and who will genuinely care about job and responsibilities; A positive personality and attitude – the ability to derive satisfaction from their job; Someone who can create a positive environment and strong team bonds; Someone who can bring external knowledge to the team and seeks to continually improve themselves; Work conditions: Moscow time zone; Hybrid working mode: 3 days in office, 2 – remote (Moscow and St-Petersburg); Meal compensation; Voluntary health insurance, life insurance; Wide opportunities for development and carrier;
