We are looking for a Sr Category Buyer role, who will be responsible for Travel, Sales Force, People NS scope in Indirect Specialties. Main accountabilities: Strategic Category Sourcing & Package ownership: Develop and implement Category strategies for respective scope Define & execute strategic sourcing and risk mitigation actions in alignment with category strategy Engage on 1YP discussions to enable proper Procurement actions Deep dive in cost drivers, market benchmarks and trends, new approaches to unlock financial and efficiency opportunities Act as package owner on actual volumes/ prices and variances vs budget Generate price initiatives and savings, enhance positive cash flow Lead strategic negotiations: develop & execute negotiation strategy, e-sourcing, run RFI/RFQ and best cost-quality scenario for the company Supplier and contract management: Perform supplier relationship management through monitoring of key deliverables (SLA, KPI & Financials), lead knowledge-sharing, sustainability, and innovation initiatives Drive deal validation, contract initiation & terms negotiation. Contract approval and signature process control, contract implementation Monitor suppliers and contract performance and take appropriate corrective actions where needed Assure timely contract renewal and manage/plan contract expiration dates Understand and follow global and zone governance – policies and procedures, ensure & guarantee compliance with internal policiesContinuous Improvement: Build & manage collaborative relationships to accomplish work objectives Challenge existing ways of working in order to improve procurement results and efficiency Lead internal negotiations with senior stakeholders Connect with and coach Junior /Spot buyers for smaller tenders according to the plan you put in place for the category Drive process simplification initiatives Identify and lead sustainability initiatives and enable innovations linked to the respective scope Requirements: University Degree or equivalent by experience Russian speaker with fluency in English Procurement experience, basic knowledge of finance and accounting Strong negotiation, influencing and leadership skills Strategic mindset, conceptual and analytical thinking, results-oriented, stress resistant, self-starter who likes to take initiative Strong verbal and written communication in a clear, meaningful, and timely manner Ability to work under tight timelines and display strong ownership Project management skills and ability to manage complex cross-country, cross-functional scope Advanced PC Office tools, SAP systems, presentation skills.
