Client Relationship Manager

An international fast growing group of financial companies with representative offices around the world including London, Dubai, Podgorica is currently looking for Client Relationship Manager to join its front office team to support the operational delivery of financial products and services to its clients all over the world.The company’s team has a strong and unique expertise in the field of payments industry, fintech and project management industry. The role of Client Relationship Manager will provide the employee an opportunity to be a part of the growth and development of our group of companies in different parts of the world. Key responsibilities:• Client management, communication and engagement with dedicated pool of clients• Detailed analysis of customer queries collection of necessary information provided by client in a specific format, passing information to the back office• Consultation with clients regarding financial requirements• Monitoring clients’ changing requirements and recommendation of suitable products and services from the product line• Communication with partners daily regarding deals, client management and communication• Financial deals performance• Coordination of the process of deal preparation with the back office (legal, payments, treasury departments)• Preparation of documentation, proposals, and term-sheets.• Ensuring customers satisfaction by contact as well as maintenance of relationship• Maintain and update knowledge of company’s products along with knowledge of industry and market areas served Requirements:• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; being social, analytical; being able to communicate clearly and effectively• Fluent in English and Russian is a must (excellent spoken and written communication skills);• Readiness and experience to act in stressful and fast changing environment• Attention to details• Team player• Experience in team management is a plus• Previous experience in financial institutions as RM is mandatory• Organized, disciplined, and accountable for result.• Ability to calculate: pricing and costs of financial deals, mathematical mindset Nice to have:• Experience in the financial sector (banks, brokers, investment projects, financial companies) Bonuses: • Amazing atmosphere in a team of like-minded people, who strive to grow up in a professional way;• Flexible holidays: 5/2 all year round. 20 working days of vacation per year• Offline meetups with the rest of the team in the most beautiful places on the planet at least once annualy• Opportunities for professional growth and development• Corporate Mac• Corporate English• Competitive salary, yearly bonuses• New Year bonus
