General Director of Real Estate Operating Company (Uzbekistan-Tashkent)

компания "brunel russia" our client is an international company, in order to manage one of their assets in uzbekistan, we are looking for a general director of real estate operating company (to be based in tashkent). the candidate is responsible for the overall operations and business activities of the assets, including administrative, operational and financial functions and reports directly to supervisory board of the company. as this position plays an essential role in the success of the business, we are in search of experienced general director with a proven expertise of strategic planning, business processes, corporate governance and deep knowledge of the market and industry. обязанности: lead the formulation and implementation of strategic plans and operational policies for the company and the managed real estate assets (shopping malls and business centres) manage and coordinate the overall operations and business activities of the managed shopping malls (including profitability, tenant management, team management, contractor services, and marketing activities) to ensure they produce the desired results; control over effectiveness of capex projects, maintenance, security, housekeeping and other facility management functions in the managed assets; develop activities and technologies aimed at improving the efficiency of projects and processes for the managed real estate assets; coordinate at potential acquisitions or the sale of assets that will enhance shareholder value; prepare and submit quarterly operational and financial reports to the board of directors and updаtеthem on significant business-related matters; prepare annual budgets of the underlying assets and as achieve the targeted financial and commercial indicators. constantly enhance both operational and financial performance of the assets and create value for shareholders generate sustainable growth and improved margins through optimization of expenses. требования: experience of work at managerial position (general director, commercial director, sales director) not less than 5 years. successful real estate management experience is an advantage; a deep knowledge of the real estate market and shopping malls industry of the company; excellent skills in strategic planning, budgeting and forecasting; fluency in uzbek or russian and english; extensive expertise of business processes, corporate governance and compliance; leadership qualities and excellent team management skills; higher education in a business relevant field; willingness to work in a rapidly changing environment; maintain a deep knowledge of the markets and industry of the company. условия: comfortable working conditions sustainability and decency when doing business with each person - with employees, tenants, investment partners; friendly team with similar values; availability of all resources (human and financial capital) for project implementation. competitive salary and benefits
