The incumbent is to be liable for, but not limiting to the below responsibilities: To build partnerships and maintaining strong relationships with internal and external teams or departments, such cross-department internally, tax authority, banking and financing institutions as well as audit firm and so on and so forth. To support the development and implementation of best financial practice based on IFRS and RAS respectively as well as tax compliance practice. To have a good understanding of business process and financial risk insights in Russia To interpret and apply local financial and tax regulations to do support for top management decision-making. To assist finance director to carry out financial and tax due diligence, investigative study report, contract review activity etc. To organise or participate in the work of budgetary estimate, budget, accounting (mainly bookkeeping and financial statement preparation timely and accurately, even consolidation in regional level, as well as tax declaration) and final account To assist financial director to establish proper financial analysis model, and then perform data analysis with raising professional opinion against business running problems on monthly basis To oversee internal control system running to comply with group policy and local regulation To be responsible for organising and performing the work of internal audit and external audit (annual audit and tax audit etc.) To motivate and train team members to improve themselves continuously To present the lecture of financial knowledge for cross-department staff to raise their awareness of cost and funding-raising & using Ad-hoc arrangements. Qualification: Bachelor degree or above and major in accounting with 5+ experience, at least 3 years’ experience in construction corporation. 3+ working-year of supervisor position in foreign company or construction corporation is a must Solid professional knowledge, especially in the fields of RAS & IFRS and local tax regulation Strong communication skill and rich experience to lead a team, as well as logical mind to organize local work Strong sense of accountability and teamwork spirit and interpersonal skill Highly self-driving and self-discipline to positively influence team members to accept company culture and value Good MS Office skills, typically well in Excel to handle big data and an Oracle using experience is preferred Can do attitude and be with the fast pace working style under stress and work independently Fluent in English is a must, and qualified CPA or ACCA is preferred
