Инженер технической поддержки ИТ (IT Support engineer)

Обязанности: Act as first level IT support of local and remote users Installation of applications and operating systems Contribute updates to technical documentation Coordinate within vendor and global teams Manage service requests in a ticket system. Perform incident resolution Escalation to the appropriate group when needed Asset and License management Equipment procurement Hardware support IMAC (workstations, laptops, office printing and conference room devices, hand scanners, zebra printers, cell phones) SAP MDM as benefit Требования: Similar experience between 3-5 years in End-User Support Windows 10/11, Citrix Workspace, Active Directory, Office 365 Ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues Strong communication skills and being a team player English level B1 (Intermediate) Условия: Оформление по ТК РФ, оклад в размере 90 000 рублей до уплаты налогов. По завершении испытательного срока: - оплата полиса добровольного медицинского страхования (ДМС). Тип занятости: Полная занятость, полный день (40 часов в неделю). Режим работы для данной позиции: 5 дневная рабочая неделя, Пн.-Пт. - с 09-00 до 18-00. Оплачиваемый отпуск составляет 28 календарных дней.
