Inventory replenishment specialist

Responsibilities: Check latest stock release, production and European warehouse in SAP and facilitate cross functional engagement of EU stakeholders for preparation of shipments to Russia; Update and tracking data in files and others source of data; Ensures correct and valid data is updated by another process owners, like quality, Supply Network planning (SNP) planning and logistics departments; Control local Inventory and proper stock coverage on SKU level (around 250 SKUs) by optimising mix and MOQ (Minimum order quantity) for replenishment, manage push or pull strategy; Ensure high stock availability and minimise stock obsolescence risk on SKU level; Proactive communication with all involvement parties, like Quality, SNP, Customer Service & Logistic (CS&L) and other departments; Update local master data in SAP R3 and SAP APO tools for all current and newly created SKUs; Ensure that Life Status is properly tracking for all the current SKUs in SAP tools; Participate in local Commercial Business Planning (CBP) process. Requirements: University degree, economics / technical / logistics. Work experience in Inventory planning or/and demand planning with at least 3 Years, preferably in FMCG companies. Knowledge of SAP R3 and SAP APO module, preferably MM (Material Master) module. Advanced personal computer skills, excel and Google tools. High analytical skills. Fluent English.
